Two Bangladeshi youths were killed in firing by Indian Border Security Force BSF in Panchagarh.

The incident took place in Ranachandi area of ​​Tetulia upazila on Tuesday (May 7) night.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Tetulia Model Police Station Sujoy Kumar Roy confirmed the matter.

On Wednesday (May 8) morning, they were shot dead by a patrolling team of India's Fakir Para BSF camp in Khoikhatpara Dargasing area near border pillar. It is learned that the deceased Yasin Ali (23) is the son of Ketab Ali of Brahmatol village of Tentulia upazila of the district and Abdul Jalil (24) is the son of Junu Mia of Magura village of Sadar Union of the same upazila. According to local, police and BGB sources, the local people suddenly saw the dead bodies of the youth lying in the Dargasing border area of ​​Ranchandi area of ​​Tentulia upazila on Wednesday morning. Later they informed BGB and police. On the other hand, the Indian BSF took the bodies of those youths to India. It is known that they were trying to enter India illegally by cutting Tarakata to bring cows.
