Al-Hilal coach reveals timeline to Neymar's return
Brazilian poster boy Neymar Jr. was injured in February last year. Since then, this star footballer has been out of the field. As a result, he could not play any match for the new club Al Hilal this season.
Neymar has also been ruled out of the upcoming Copa America due to injury. Without him, the five-time world champions will enter the field in the fight for excellence in South America. However, his club Al-Hilal is hoping to get him at the end of the year. The coach of the team, Jorge Jesus, also gave a glimpse of something like that.
In a press conference last Tuesday, Jesus commented, 'The time they have given Neymar to fully recover is usually between 10 and 11 months. Neymar will therefore not be fit for the start of next season. We hope he will be fit to play by September, October.'
Neymar joined Al-Hilal from PSG on a two-year contract last August. The Brazilian poster boy played just five matches for the Saudi club before getting injured. However, without the 32-year-old footballer, Al-Hilal went undefeated in 34 matches and won the Saudi Pro League title.
