A team becomes a team only when it prepares itself thoroughly before playing in field. Bangladesh cricket team is now ready to walk on that path. Along with the on field cricket, Bangladesh cricket players are also improving little by little outside the field. They grow their mental ability in a positive way.

At one time, if Bangladesh batter failed, the team batting innings collapsed. Bangladesh came out from there. Even if the main pillar of Bangladesh team Tamim Iqbal, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim are not in the rhythm, there is not much worry.

Others are gaining to take responsibility. Even the tailenders are trying to contribute to the team by giving their best with the bat. The lower order batter don't get to bat all the time. Very few can utilize it even if they get it. But in the end, their little innings can be very effective for the team.

Mashrafe Bin Mortaza was to be trusted in Bangladesh's lower order. He used to stand with the bat when team needed. Recently, Taskin Ahmed is also trying to contribute with the bat by following the path shown by his predecessor. Earlier Mashrafe, now the youth are getting inspired by Taskin Ahmed. Bowlers are ready to contribute with the bat.

Pacer Shoriful Islam said, "Now the tailenders of all cricketing nations are batting well. We are also trying. We have been practicing daily on the net. If I can score 10 to 15 runs, it will be beneficial for the team."

Spinner Taijul Islam also tries to add some runs as a tailender. Sometimes Taijul stays at the crease and helps the recognized batter at the other end a chance to play freely.

Taijul Islam expressed his views, "I always enjoy my batting. Try to do well. Do as much as i can to help the team. Try to give the team something good with the bat."
