Sunday’s JSC-JDC exams shifted to Friday

Due to unavoidable reason the examinations of Sunday’s Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) were postponed. The examinations will be held at 9 am on next Friday (November 9).

Additional Secretary of education ministry Nazmul Haque Khan confirmed the matter to Rtv online on Saturday.

He said, on Sunday JSC’s English and JDC’s Arabic second part examinations were scheduled. But the examinations were rescheduled due to unavoidable reason. But no notification was issued. The ministry verbally said this.

This year 26 lakh 70 thousand 333 students are taking part in the JSC and JDC examinations. Students from 29 thousand 677 institutions are taking part. The examinations began from November 1 under two thousand 903 centers and will continue till November 15.

Of the total 26 lakh 70 thousand 333 students 14 lakh 46 thousand 601 female students and 12 lakh 23 thousand 732 male students are taking part in the ISC-JDC examinations. 22 lakh 67 thousand 343 students under eight educational boards in JSC and 4 lakh 2 thousand 990 students under Madrassa Board in JDC are taking part.
