Besides, the court ordered to investigate the irregularities in the election of the Bangladesh Film Artists Association.

At this time, senior lawyer Advocate Shah Manjurul Haque, Barrister Harun or Rashid, Palash Chandra Roy heard on Nipun's behalf. Deputy Attorney General Amit Das Gupta appeared for the state.

Lawyer Shah Manjurul Haque said that the High Court has suspended the results of Manowar Hossain Dipzal for the post of editor. As a result, Manowar Hossain Dipzal will not be able to perform his duties as the general secretary of the Film Artists Association.

On May 15, Nasreen Akhter Nipun filed a petition in the High Court seeking to cancel the results of the 2024-26 election of the Bangladesh Film Artists Association. The writ sought a ban on the Misha-Dipzol-led committee from performing its duties.

Misha-Dipjol panel won the election of artists association. On April 20, Chief Election Commissioner Khorshed Alam Khosru announced the results of the artists association election.
