Two minor girls found dead in Demra

Police recovered two bodies of minor girls from a seven-storey building in Demra of the city on Monday night.

The deceased were identified as Nusrat, 4, daughter of Palash, and Faria Akhter Dola, 4, daughter of Faridul of the area.

Demra Police Station duty officer Shah Alam said on information, police recovered the bodies from the ground floor of the building located in Shahjalal road in the area.

The girls might be tortured before killing as injury marks were found in different parts of their bodies, said Konapa police outpost assistant sub-inspector Abu Hayat.
