62 arrested in DMP's anti-drug operation

On charges of selling and consuming drugs Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested 62 people.

During the raid, 1002 grams 137 Puria heroin, 95 bottle phensedyle, 42 kg 982 grams cannabis, 22000 ml liquor and 4682 pieces Yaba were recovered.

Under the Narcotics Control Act, 45 cases have been registered against the arrested in the concerned police stations.
