Eid congregations held in different areas in capital
With religious solemnity, Eid-ul-Fitr congregations were held in different areas in the capital. The main congregation was held at the National Eidgah.
On Saturday, April 22, Eid-ul-Fitr first congregation held at the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque at 7 am.
Hafez Mufti Maulana Mizanur Rahman, Senior Imam of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, led the first congregation.
The imam gave a special sermon after the Eid prayers. After that, the first Eid congregation ended with prayer.
Five congregations were held.
Eid congregation started at 8:30 am at Mohammadpur Shahid Park Central Jaame Masjid. Before this, the mosque premises were filled with the devout Muslims.
Apart from, Eid congregations were held at the adjacent Baitul Falah Jame Masjid, Lalmatia Shahi Masjid Complex, Baitul Mamur Jame Masjid and Masjid-E-Baitul Haram in Maniknagar.
