Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said, BNP is invited to a tea party. It is not a formal dialogue. Many issues are discussed while exchanging greetings. Why BNP will not come there? If they do not come it is their matter. We cannot invite others except them.

He said these while briefing the newsmen at secretariat in the capital on Monday.

Obaidul Quader said, with which political parties the pre-election dialogue was held, 75 percent of those are invited on February 2 including Oikyafront and BNP. It is a garden party. They can only exchange views. It is the main program. Along with taking tea and discussions will go.

He said, BNP and Oikyafront are major parties who are invited. Prime Minister held two phase dialogue with them. Single dialogue held with other parties.

Obaidul Quader said, they issued letters to European Union countries, United States, United Kingdom including the United Nations. But no democratic countries did response to that. Everybody greeted the elected Prime Minister and the government.

The Bridges Minister said, in this situation it would be best for them to come to the parliament with the seats they got. Prime Minister herself said that we will not consider the number. We will actively consider the matters that they raise if it is legal or logical.
