Bangladesh cricket team head coach Chandika Hathurusingha has expressed his satisfaction with the squad announced for the T20 World Cup. 'I think the preparation has been good. It was a good camp in Chattogram. We got five matches against Zimbabwe. Where we have seen many of them play in different situations of the match. I have some concerns about a few. But overall, it's going well.'

The Tiger coach said this at an official press conference before leaving the country on Wednesday (May 15). Chandika Hathurusingha said that this year's team selection is good. If Taskin did not have an injury problem, it could be called perfect. Our main goal will be to adapt to the conditions in the series with the United States. But important cricketers cannot be risked.

The T20 World Cup will begin on June 2 in the United States and the West Indies. Under the captaincy of Nazmul Hossain Shanto team Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka in their first match on June 7. Earlier, Bangladesh will play three T20 matches against the United States.
