Awami League joint general secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif said, keeping ahead the next national parliament election the list of Awami League candidates is nearly finalized. He said this to the newsmen after delivering speech at a workshop of training for the new Imams at the Islamic Foundation at Agargaon in the capital on Sunday. Hanif said, Awami League is fully prepared to take part in the coming national parliament election. By this time evidence and information were collected from the grass roots level from every electoral area. Party president is collecting information and evidences from different wings. Based on these information and evidences the acceptable persons will be nominated. The list is nearly ready, the candidacies are nearly finalized. The AL leader said, what BNP would do that is the matter of their political decision. The demand of releasing Khaleda Zia is totally illogic. There is no chance to release an inmate politically who is convicted by the court. Only President can release Khaleda Zia. He said, to get release Khaleda Zia has to express pardon to the President. Then the President will consider. There is no other opportunity to release her beyond this. Khaleda Zia should be released abiding by the laws. Hanif said, Election Commission was formed by the President through discussion with all political parties and  suggestions from all. The demand of dissolving or reforming that commission according to the will of certain political party is not logical. AH
