Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi extended his warm greetings to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the occasion of holy festival of Eid-ul-Adha.

In a message on Sunday (June 16), the Indian High Commission in Dhaka sent a letter to the Prime Minister and conveyed the information of Modi's best wishes.

According to the High Commission, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent a letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, conveying his warmest greetings. In his letter, Modi mentioned that, 'This festival reminds us of the values ​​of sacrifice, compassion and brotherhood. That very essential to build a peaceful and inclusive world.' He also described Eid-ul-Adha as an integral part of multi-cultural heritage.

Besides, in this letter, Prime Minister of India wished good health and well-being to Sheikh Hasina.
