BNP assured after holding meeting with IGP

A representative team of BNP held meeting with Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr. Benazir Ahmed. The meeting was held at the police headquarters on Wednesday afternoon. The BNP representative team was assured by the police chief.

After holding the meeting for thirty minutes BNP Chairperson’s Adviser Abdus Salam who lead the team said to the newsmen, we held meeting with the police chief. He has given us some suggestions and assured us of cooperation. We have been assured.

When asked about the type of suggestions given by the police chief, Salam said, in this corona pandemic situation he suggested about disciplined programs which has to be arranged maintaining health guidelines on the occasion of golden jubilee of independence.
