Sinha murder: Police member delivers confessional statement

Armed Police Battalion (APBN) member constable Abdullah delivered confessional statement under section 164 as one of the accused in retired Major Sinha Md. Rashed Khan murder case.

He delivered the confessional statement before the court of Cox’s Bazar Senior Judicial Magistrate Tamanna Farah.

The other two accused APBN members are SI Shahjahan and Constable Razib.

So far 13 accused were arrested in connection with retired Major Sinha murder case. Of them seven are police members and three are witnesses.

The three APBN members were taken for interrogation on August 17. On the next day they were shown arrest in this case. Later they were granted seven days remand.
