Corona vaccines, gift from India reach Dhaka

The 20 lakh doses of Covid-19 vaccine, gifted by India, have reached in the country on a special flight.

The first consignment of corona vaccines reached Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) at around 11 am on Thursday on a special flight of Air India.

These vaccines were given by India as a gift.

The escort team of police will help the vaccines to reach EPI warehouse at Tejgaon boarded on covered vans. Before that the vaccines will be handed over formally on behalf of the Indian High Commission at the state guest house Padma.
