Order for ‘no mask, no service’ in govt, private institutions

Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam said that direction has been given so that nobody can enter in the government and private institutions without wearing mask and in that case no service will be given to the people without wearing masks.

The virtual cabinet meeting was held with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Sunday. The premier took part in the meeting from Ganabhaban and the concerned ministers participated from the secretariat.

After the meeting the Cabinet Secretary said, massive instructions were given to all levels in this regard. People have to wear masks in all places including haats, bazaars, shopping malls, social and religious gatherings. The instruction of ‘No mask, no service’ has been given to all the social and formal institutions.

Anwarul Islam said, directions have been given to the Divisional Commissioners and posters will be attached outside of the government and private offices saying no entry without wearing masks.
